About the project

The DUO 80 private house project differs from the modular house project in that its supporting structure is built on a slab foundation, thus the structure consists of wall and roof structures. The foundation slab is created with heated floors. It is possible to build 2 or 3 bedrooms, a spacious living room combined with a kitchen and amenities. The layout can be adjusted.

WINDOW DELIVERY


Windows are manufactured and delivered within 4 weeks of placing the order.

SITE SURVEY

The object is surveyed - the approach, the desired location of the house. We agree on the ideal option.

PROJECT COORDINATION

If necessary, a simplified procedure for project coordination with the municipality is established. Review within 10 days, coordination takes up to 2 months.
