Make sure what documents and permits will be required when starting construction. Our industrially manufactured buildings can be coordinated with the building authority using a simplified procedure by submitting an explanatory note.

HOME DELIVERY OPTIONS

One of the most important factors is access to the desired location. We deliver houses with a special platform, the total height of which does not exceed 5m, and the width is 4m. If access is difficult, we offer to deliver the house in parts, assembling its panels on site.

HOUSE PRICE and COMPLETION DEGREE

Choose a building not only by price and quality, but also by its level of completion. For example, our competitors often do not include the roof, exterior decoration, etc. in their prices. In the end, the total price of the building is much higher.
